Tender Management

The tenders that we specialise in are corporate super, group insurance and employee benefits. We undertake tenders on behalf of advisers who don't have the time or resources to facilitate a professional tender.

A typical example is a large employer who wants to look at outsourcing their corporate superannuation arrangements. We team up with a suitable adviser group (who can deliver member services to that company) and seek the most appropriate provider for that company.

Before we even start the tender, we undertake preliminary work with the client to determine what is important from their point of view. This may include a staff survey, or a meeting with a superannuation committee.
