The Benefits@Work Report aims to consolidate the various benefits into a well-structured, well-communicated, well-perceived and well-received program. It arrives at all outcomes, summaries and recommendations through the following mediums:

1. Staff Diagnostics (Surveys, Focus Groups, Individual Interviews)

2. Demographic Analysis (Age, Gender, Industry, Size of Company, Competition)

    3. Comprehensive Research (International, Industry, Domestic)

    4. Internal Company Research (HR Objectives, Employee Plans, Company focus)

    5. Consultant Expertise (Case studies, Precedents, Knowledge, Interpretation)

Any internal research conducted is mapped out with the company to ensure timeliness and availability of the relevant resources – minimizing business interference.

All survey and focus group results will be published in the report. The report will help you make a decision around the most appropriate benefit design (see below).

Benefit Design

Some benefits are internal to the organisation and some are external. We help you find, package, and communicate the relevant combined benefits.

Our process is:

Step 1     Determine your strategic objectives

Step 2     Review current benefits program (see Benefits@Work Report)

Step 3     Understand what your employees want and value (through interviews & a survey)

Step 4     Identify benefits you would like to offer your employees (budgets and importance)

Step 5     Package up a new solution (including tender management)

Step 6     Develop plan to roll out new benefits program

Step 7     Communicate through a personalised Employee Benefits Report (see separate section)

We work with a large number of benefit providers to provide you the right program for your staff.
