The communication is relevant to the individual through customization around their specific requirements (age, gender, salary level, benefit entitlements etc).

An individual has more buy-in to a communication piece if it is relevant and personalized and is more likely to act on the message as a result.

Avant Solutions is a software and communications services company. Our ‘personalised publishing’ software allows any of the above groups to transform raw data into a meaningful communication piece (on a mass scale) for the individual that results in better take-up and engagement.

Too often we see large groups of individuals receive generic communication due primarily to the cost and effort involved in personalization. As a result, a lot of the communication missed the mark.
